Description: In terms of a Trading Order Management System is an interface where the Operation team
can buy or sale their bonds. Order Management System application integrated with T24 external
application and pulled the latest securities/bonds every day. Based on available securities Ops team can
book the order for sub scrimption or redemption. Once order has been booked then its goes for various
approval. After all approvals order records has been updated into core banking database through SOAP
Services and order has been closed in BPM application.

Description: Liabilities Maintenance application managing the Corporate and Retail bank user profiles
related activities like Account opening, closing, Address update, Mobile number update, account
activation from dormant or frozen to active request. Basically Liabilities Maintenance is integrated with
EDMS external application. For all maintenance related activities Customer create the request in EDMS
by uploading the required documents and the EDMS application generates one EDMS id and send it to
BPM application via JMS. JMS is initiating the case in BPM. Once the case is incorporated in BPM,
Operation team is working in BPM like tagging the document with respected activities and then it’s goes
to various approval. Once verified and approves documents than the respective Maintenance request
goes to update the core banking records via SOAP call, once got the success response the case has been
closed in BPM application.

Description: The CRA application is used to apply for Telecommunication Equipment Approvals and
Renew/Cancel of permits to deal with telecommunication equipment in Qatar. Communications
Regulatory Authority (CRA) is authorized to grant the necessary approvals for importing and dealing with
telecommunication equipment.
Business Flow and Steps:
New Company: To apply for new company that does not have commercial registration or commercial
permit, company name reservation letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) is
required to be attached, and copy of the Articles of Association authenticated by the Ministry of Justice.
New Branch: To apply for new branch that does not have commercial registration and exists under main
company that has an activated smart card, valid commercial registration and commercial permit for the
main company is required.
Main Company: To apply for an existing main company or existing branch added under the main
company, valid commercial registration and commercial permit is required.
The CRA staff will review the application and advise the customer of observations (if any).
The application will be lodged in the system and the customer may obtain an application number after
an initial check to confirm completeness and correctness of the application.
Complete applications will be directed to the approving staff with approval authority in the Authority.
Following approval by the responsible staff, the customer may pay the service fee after logging in to the
payment gateway at the Qatar E-government website.
Upon confirmation of payment, customer can print approved license on the spot, and it is sealed and
carries the CRA department signature.
The new license is valid for three years.

establishment wants to hire labor from outside the Qatar. In this case the establishment is required to
seek approval from MOL. Using this application, the user can submit two types of applications. Either it
can be new application or it can be Amend. After success full submission MOL reviewer team will take
actions on these applications. MOL application allowing employers to choose the nationalities from
which they are permitted to recruit employees within the available rates and upon obtaining the
approval of the Recruitment Department on the Labor specifications listed in the recruitment
application in terms of number position, and gender (male or female). The company owner has applied
for labor recruitment through Hukoomi’s website in a normal manner.
