OBJECTIVE:
1. To ensure safety of stakeholders from the risk of corona virus.
2. To motivate pupils and stakeholders to comply the Modular Learning Activities.
3. To adopt the New Normal way of learning during this covid-19 pandemic.
PERSONS INVOLVED:
School Head, Teachers, Pupils, Parents, Brgy. Council, 4P’s members and community
members.
EXPENSES:
Printing of modules and other Learning Packages were donated by parents, Alumni
Members, GO’s, NGO’s LGU’s and other expenses were budgeted from the MOOE. Disinfectants
and other materials were provided and budgeted from MOOE.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION:
District Supervisor, Jaro II District came to check and guide the activities done by every
school. Teachers were 0riented to be extra-careful against covid-19 virus by following protocols
heartily and to guide them what they should do to keep the school physically clean and safe for
our stakeholders of this virus.
About 90% of the activity was done successfully but still we need to motivate and
demand parents to strictly follow DOH protocols before getting the modules hence, some
parents were not wearing mask during the simulation process in our school. The school needs
moral and financial support to help us with this activity.
