Press Fit the 46P Header X2

Install Busba & USING M4L12 X2 to fixed


Torque: 2.5NM

Put Top cover to fixture


Load Bottom Cover and Put M6x8 hex flange nut into bottom
cover

1. Put bottom cover to fixture

Insert Top cover to dispense fixture

Put the Header to fixture and


Diispense silicone foam to the top side header arcoding to
guide of yellow line
Insert Top cover to Fixture
Mount the PCBA L & R into the TOP Cover

Insert PCBA to fixture


Catch Screws L head connector
Catch Screws R head connector

Insert Top cover to fixture


Insert 8MM PIN TYPE RECEPTACLE into the Busbar through the
Top cover
Screws PIN into busbar of Top cover

Scews Bottom cover


Stick the WATERPROOF PAD in the cave which on the bottom
of
the housing

Insert unit to fixture


Mount NUT M6x8 STEEL FLNG NYLN LCK HEX to fixed midi fuse
Peel thermal pad out of paper, stick on the red marked
position of bottem cover.

1. Put PCB on Fixture to dispense


2. Dispense thermal gel on PCB
( 5 possition)

1. Insert bottom cover to fixture


2. Adjust the back of the circuit board placed on the bottom
cover
3. Tilt the circuit board at an angle of 30 degrees when placed
in the bottom cover
4. Catch Screws arcoding to number as next o image (From 1st
next to 5th)

Put PDCA to Fixture and Dispense thermal gel on SIP


(9 possition)
put bottom cover to fixture and use shoulder screws(with coil
spring) to fix fan sink on PCBA and bottom cover

Put Top Cover to fixture and Peel EMI Gasket release paper
and attach it on top cover.

Put Top cover on bottom cover


Insert PCB to fixture
Stick the thermal pad on the heatsink
Fasten the screws through the heatsink and VCU/B

Put the PCBA on the fixture


Put the 2 FPCs on the connector TOP PCBA VCU/B
Unload the product out of fixture

Put the top cover on the fixture


Mount VCU/B (Which have FPC and heatsink) into VCU top
cover.
Fasten the 6 screws and fix the VCU/B
Re-flip up the fixture
Install the 8 screws and fix the VCU/B connectors
Apply sealant glue dispensing on the top cover (track shows as
yellow)

Mount bottom cover on the top cover sub-assembly


Fasten the 4 screws and fix the bottom cover, GWSW/B and
top cover (Orange color)

Insert to fixture
Stick blue sticker with "VCU"

Put the PCBA on the fixture


Put the 2 FPCs on the connector TOP PCBA VCU/B
Unload the product out of fixture
Put the top cover on the fixture
Mount VCU/B (Which have FPC and heatsink) into VCU top
cover.
Fasten the 6 screws and fix the VCU/B
Re-flip up the fixture
Install the 8 screws and fix the VCU/B connectors

Apply sealant glue dispensing on the top cover (track shows as


yellow)

Mount bottom cover on the top cover sub-assembly


Fasten the 4 screws and fix the bottom cover, GWSW/B and
top cover (Orange color)

Insert to fixture
Stick blue sticker with "VCU"
Put the Top cover to Fixture
Insert PCBA to Top cover
Fasten the 2 screws and fix the GWSW/B.

Mount bottom cover on the top cover sub-assembly


Fasten the 4 screws and fix the bottom cover, GWSW/B and
top cover.
Fasten the 4 screws and fix the bottom and top cover

Stick label

load PCB to fixture and screw with super seal


Put the Top housing to Fixture
Insert PCBA to Top housing
Fasten the 5 screws and fix PCBA and Top housing

Put to fixture and Mount bottom housing on the top housing


sub-assembly

Insert BOT cover to fixture


Insert PCBA to BOT cover

Hook and swing down to click on.
