Project 1: Design and Analysis of a heavy vehicle leaf spring:


Leaf spring are predominantly utilized as a part of suspension framework to retain stun
stacks in automobiles like light engine vehicles, overwhelming obligation trucks and in rail
framework. It conveys horizontal burdens, breaker torque notwithstanding stun retaining. We
designed Leaf spring by using CATIA 5.0 version and analysis done by ANSYS to check
deformations.

Technologies Used: CATIA 5.0, ANSYS Team Size: 5, Role: Designing.
