3. Organisation structure
Vietnam airlines is known as the national airline of Vietnam, having been founded
and operating since 1956. So far, from a simplistic level, Vietnam Airlines has confirmed
its position in the field of air transport, carrying enterprises through each stage of
development and building a brand that draws attention of both domestic and international
travellers. Although Vietnam Airlines competes with several new and sophisticated
airlines for domestic market, the airline maintains its leadership position with the largest
passenger market share and the most extensive flight network in the country.
Nevertheless, with international flights, Vietnam Airlines has expanded routes to 15
developed nations to far. This is also a highlight of Vietnam Airlines, since it not only
allows Vietnam Airlines to reach many global passengers, but it also has a good impact
on cooperation with many nations across the world.

Types of organisational structure

The organizational structure of Vietnam Airlines has played a very vital function
in the business in order to have the successes as well as the excellent operating procedure
that it currently possesses. The organization is divided into four major divisions.
- The General Meeting of Shareholders is Vietnam Airlines' highest authority,
incorporating all shareholders with voting rights; decisions adopted in writing
are taken from general meetings  annual meeting of shareholders or special

- The Supervisory Board is the board that the principal shareholders will choose
to represent them in providing an objective, honest, and detailed look at
Vietnam Airlines' business status, management, and activities. This also means
that this department will be held responsible by shareholders for the duties
owed to it.
- The Board of Directors is Vietnam Airlines' management group, and it has the
authority to make decisions in the name of Vietnam Airlines in order to
exercise rights and duties.
- The General Director is the legal executive in charge of running Vietnam
Airlines as well as being in charge of the airline's day-to-day operations.
4. Culture
Vietnam Airlines never fails to impress passengers with their polite and
professional service. Every traveler will notice the excellent business culture, which is
unique to each flight they are offered. Vietnam Airlines' organizational culture is
definitely an advantage that helps the airline maintain a special position in the market as
well as in the choice of each passenger. According to MISA AMIS, Vietnam Airlines'
corporate culture is constantly focused and directed towards sustainability and depth.
Every employee in the firm is extensively taught to perform and work in a civilized and
pleasant atmosphere, as well as to provide the greatest customer experience possible. The
corporate culture of Vietnam Airlines is based on three characteristics: safety, discipline,
and transparency. All three of the following qualities are essential for each airline's
journey to be safe, comfortable, and outstanding. Because of these three corporate culture
aspects, the airline has been able to keep its objective and reach specific goals in the
aviation industry.
III. Working experience

Human resource
Vietnam airlines is a famous and long-standing national airline. Over the past three
months, I've had the opportunity to serve as a human resources specialist here. The
organisation has been very beneficial to me and provided me with a lot of experiences
and lessons. Apart from those training, I was given experience and the ability to
contribute to the firm with my knowledge. To begin with, as a human resource manager
for Vietnam Airlines, I must develop personal skills such as situational awareness,
communication skills, organizational abilities, discipline and authority skill as well.
These skills have been gained not just via personal experiences, but also through my
work at Vietnam Airlines. Moreover, as a human resources professional, I must
understand the specific job duties that interns apply for, in order to give interview
questions, select persons through appropriate CVs, manage work schedules, and provide
benefits to workers or applicants.
