    Closing Program

    “Regional Training of Trainers on the Use of Supplementary Reading Materials (SRMs): Improving
    Early Grade Literacy”

    Emcee 1: Ladies and gentlemen! We have finally come to the last day of our 5-day training. I am
    sure that everyone is satisfied with everything that we have gained from this training (even
    gaining weight because of the delicious food and warm accommodation ).

    Emcee 2: To our SDS, ASDS, EPS/PSDS, abc+ Training staff, Trainers, friends, ladies and
    gentlemen Good Afternoon!

    Emcee 1: To begin our closing program, may I request everyone to please stand as we put
    ourselves into the presence of God through a prayer. This will be followed by the singing of the
    Tabaco City Hymn.

    Emcee 2: Thank you so much, you may now be seated.


    At this juncture, to share to us the impressions from this training, may I call on…
    1. Sir Ian Jay C. Clariño | Teacher 1 | Malictay ES
    2. Ma’am Carmina Buag | Teacher III | Tabaco South Central ES

    Emcee 1: Thank you so much dearest teachers, school head, and participants for those
    impressions which was surely appreciated by our training facilitators.

    I truly believe that this activity would not be completed if we will not be hearing words from our
    very supportive, passionate and youthful SDS. I am pleased to have in front our dearest Ma’am
    Socorro V. Dela Rosa, Schools Division Superintendent.

    Emcee 2: Thank you very much ma’am.

    Our Teacher training program do not just end on this last day. Rather, it is the start of collecting
    everything that we have learned and bringing them to our own teaching practice in and out of
    the classroom.
    You may ask yourself: What will happen next? (What now?)

    To give us the challenge on what shall we do next, may I call on our very hands-on ASDS, Sir
    Melchizedek Tongco.

    Emcee 1: To accept this challenge, may I call on Ma’am Maylene Compuesto, Teacher III, Basud
    ES. Around of applause please.

    Emcee 2: Thank you so much Ma’am Maylene for accepting the challenge on behalf of all of us
    here.

    To walk us through the Next Steps and on what will happen after this training, may I call on our
    supportive and vibrant Senior Education Program Specialist for HRD and Training Coordinator,
    Ma’am Maricel S. Mondragon.

    Emcee 1: Thank you very much Ma’am Macel.

    This has finally concluded our 5-day training. Remember to put into heart, mind, and action
    everything that we have learned from this activity.

    On behalf of all the participants, we sincerely express our appreciation to SDO Tabaco and the
    ABC+ Team, to the trainers, and facilitators for making this activity worthwhile.

    Once again, Thank you, God Bless everyone and good afternoon.
    Have a safe travel going home.
