TRANSACTIONAL LETTER
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recently seen your advertisement on social networks, I would like to enquire information
about your Meadows Camping Site.
What interests me about is the wonderful location you offer; would it be possible for you to
give me more information about how to get there by walking? On the other hand, I would also
like to know what possibilities and how often you can use the bus transportation.
Moreover, I am very surprised by all the facilities you offer, but I wonder if within those
facilities you also include Wi-Fi service. I would be very grateful if you could send me a list
of all the facilities available. I am also very interested in the service of tents and caravans, at
the moment mine are in bad condition, please could you send me further information about the
product catalog?
It is worth mentioning that I will be going with my best friend, so I would like to be sure if all
the organized camping activities are available for couples, if not I need to know what general
activities you have.
Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Anthony Catucuamba.
COMPLAINT LETTER
Dear Sir,
I am writing to complain about some vinyl records I got to buy from the advertisement I came across. I
was dissatisfied with several things.
First, I was told we were able to choose our vinyls from a wide variety of options, but at the end of the
end, they ended up saying that we had to take what was available instead of the things I was really keen
on. That was a completely takeback for me.
To make things worse, I was given a very limited choice of records. I was not able to choose the ones I
was supposed to owing to the fact that there were old classic boring records only. My wife had to look
for a way out in terms of not getting ourselves outshine by such a miss.
My problems did not stop there, it was believed that multi-system machines were going to be used in
order for everyone to get access to a great variety of cultures and customs, however; I wouldn’t be
willing to pay for such vinyls I purchased in the USA.
They promised that if it happened that I was not completely satisfied with the things I was going to be
given, I would have been able to get a refund. Nonethelss, that was not the case whatsoever since I was
said that the vinyls were already damaged.
I think I should not have trust you as a way for me get unwind.
Yours faithfully,
Christhian Cupueran.
