Technical Lead AWS – Java

Pro iDeal Jobs is looking for a Technical Lead, on behalf of our client, a Romanian software development
company, with many years of experience in the IT field, with a team of passionate IT people who
understand and appreciate the importance of both technology and business in achieving success.

As part of your daily business, you will:


• Leading the development of our Java-based web server using AWS cloud services, from the
exploration phase through production quality.
• Managing the Cloud development activities, while performing hands-on activities.
• Exploring new and creative approaches to challenging problems.
• Working closely with all R&D teams/disciplines and contributing to overall product
development.

You should bring:


• Relevant experience (5+ years) as a Cloud development (full stack) technical leader (at least 2
years in hands-on team leading).
• A good understanding of the product’s lifecycle, release/integration aspects, with a can-do
attitude, and willingness to meet the exciting life of a cutting-edge technology startup.
• Exposure to cloud environments – AWS services (hands-on programming and theoretical
knowledge), SQS, and SNS.
• Proven experience on the back-end side – Java, Spring/Spring Boot, object-oriented
programming, and design, on the front-end side – React, Redux, Html, JS, and CSS.
• An advantage: Experience in designing and implementing styled components, Docker, Swagger,
redux-saga, Git, and Git flow.
• An advantage: experience in projects serving the Healthcare industry (USA).
