    Dear Gov. Castro:

    Greetings!

    I am writing you this letter to inform your good office of my intention to apply for a six (6)
    months study leave starting April 11, 2023 to October 11, 2023. I will be graduating my Juris
    Doctor and I am planning to take the September 2023 Bar Examination.

    I am currently working as Administrative Officer II (Accountant I) at the Provincial Accountant’s


    Office for almost three (3) years now. It is my fervent prayer to become a lawyer and be a
    valuable contributor to your administration and to the Provincial Government.

    In order to make this possible, I need more time to focus on my review and to process all the
    necessary documents needed in the application for the examination.

    I am hoping for your kind and favorable response concerning my request.
