Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1)Induction Training for all staff joining in if required align with HR to help conduct this once a
month :
a) Videos and aligning to entire HMIL and Sanjay Hyundai culture .
b) Auto basics and selling skills.
c) Soft Skills .
d) Align with Team heads to come for induction to meet the team.
2)2) To provide various trainings to sales team. Inhouse and HMIL Trainings :
A. On job training to sales team and creating action plan so as they can reach to the top performance
level. All Company KPIs set to be met
B. To train the sales team as how they can adapt to sales techniques and expand the product sales.
Need to Use all Tools available to Help with Sales such as SMM, VCs, etc.
C. To train the sales team for new product launch and guide them on regular basis.
D. Preparing monthly calendar for internal training. Surprise Internal tests to be conducted to know the
internal scores and Knowledge of sale staff
E. Aligning with all Trainings being Done by HMIL and ensure all scores are maintained as per HMIL
guidelines . ( Trainer will be responsible For all Sales Team to attain the Trainings + have amicable
scores)
F. To train existing sales team for new processes and guide them on regular basis.
G. Being present in Morning Meetings with Sales Team.
F. Ensuring Morning Meeting Process is followed up by Team Leaders and Branch Managers with Walk
thru of car.
H . Visiting all Locations of Sanjay Hyundai and attending to all Teams and ensuring all process are being
followed.
3) Creating Product Videos of all Cars and features being explained by SC used for Internal
Trainings
4) Hiring Process Involved :
A)Helping with Getting correct candidates for Hiring for sales profile .
B)Being on Indeed and aligning with Candidates for hiring.
