    IRF - CC | Jacki National Holiday Proposal
    This bill seeks to make Jacki’s date of blacklist from the IRF a national holiday that will be
    celebrated within the federation.

    To be proposed by Comrade Major General Netherguy1450 on the date


    3/6/2023.
    Be it enacted by the Council of the Supreme Soviet of the Immortal
    Robloxian Federation subordinate to the Office of the Premier,
    Comrade Vasilyev, the following shall be legislated and executed by
    the Federal Administration and subordinated bodies therein.

    1 Definitions
    This section contains definitions of words found in the following bill.

    Jacki - The former MoSS representative for the Central Committee. He


    was known for writing many bills which did not pass the chamber and
    eventually got blacklisted by the Premier for reasons found here.

    2 Preface
    Jacki’s removal from the IRF marks a new era for the Central Committee. We
    can now move forward more united than ever before now that Jacki is out of
    the picture. We can now focus on more important projects and see the
    Central Committee stop being flooded by meaningless bills. The best way to
    celebrate this occasion would be to establish an IRF-wide national holiday
    celebrating Jacki’s blacklist, as it truly is the turning point in the IRF
    legislative system.

    3 Articles

    Article 1: Jacki’s date of blacklist, 3/6/2023, will henceforth be known


    as “Citizens Day”.

    Article 2: The day will be spent celebrating the IRF’s citizens and
    Supreme Soviet members for the remarkable achievements they’ve
    made.

    Article 3: The holiday will serve as a reminder to the entire IRF about
    how to be a good member within the group, and will preach good
    morals and ethics to all within the IRF.

    4 Conclusion
    Overall, this bill will help the IRF. We don’t have many holidays as is,
    anyways. It’s important to remember the past so that history cannot repeat
    itself again, and this holiday will serve as a reminder to that sentiment.
