Sir,

This is Satish Kumar. I had joined STQC Directorate in the cadre of Scientist B via Direct
recruitment on 23/09/2017 and was promoted to Scientist C on 26/05/2022. Having provided the
technical resignation, I was relieved from STQC on 29/06/2022 I had joined NIC in the cadre of
Scientist B on 30/06/2022.

Now due to some unavoidable circumstances, I would like to join STQC back by availing the
lien benefit as per the rules as in the DoPT OM quoted at Ref 1 (Copy Enclosed with this letter).
Request you to kindly consider my request to return back to STQC and process the same at the
earliest.
