PDL Voting shall be from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM only on May 09, 2022 NLE.

- Before 6:00 AM the EB Chairperson shall endorse the ballots of the affected PDL voters to the DepED
Supervisor Official (DESO) where the SEB-PDL-Support staff shall pick them up.
- Annotate the PDLs’ names in the EDCVL with “PDL Voter” and affix their initials beside the annotation.
- Enter in the Minutes the number of PDL and the fact that their names were annotated with “PDL
Voter”.
Sec. 79. Scanning of PDL Voters’ Ballots from the Special Polling Places
2.) Announce to the public that accomplished PDL ballots and torn unused ballots (if any) have been received.
SEB-PDL shall announce that PDL voters can only vote for national candidates (President, Vice-President, Senators and Party-
List Candidates)
• When the voting time has ended and there are no more voters within 30 meters of the polling place.
4.) Examine each PDL voter’s ballot and separate those that contain votes for local positions (Representative,
Governor, Vice-Governor, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, Mayor, Vice-Mayor, Sangguniang Panlungsod or Bayan
members)
5.) FEED THE BALLOTS WITH VOTES ONLY FOR NATIONAL POSITIONS or ballots with no votes at all to the VCM
Ballots that contain votes for local positions shall be separated and not be fed to the VCM.
6.) Place the separated ballots back to the envelopes they were taken
7.) Seal the envelopes and mark with notation “PDL voters’ ballots with votes for local position/s”, and submit it to the Election
Officer.
8.) One half of the torn unused ballots shall be placed inside the envelope for the purpose (CEF no. A 15) for submission to the
Election Officer
The other half of the torn unused ballots shall be placed inside envelope for the purpose (CEF No. A 15) for deposit in the
ballot box.
NOTE:
EB shall wait for the delivery of the PDL voters’ ballots by the EB-PDL for batch feeding purposes before closing
the VCM.

1. The SEB-PDL Support Staff shall collect the ballots of the PDL
voters from different voting centers from the DepED
Supervisor Officials (DESO-Principal).
2. The SEB-PDL Support Staff shall deliver the official ballots to the SEB-
PDL.
3. The SEB-PDL shall receive from the SEB-PDL Support Staff the
precinct-specific ballots (per clustered precinct) and conduct and
supervise the voting in the PDL-SPP.
4. SEB-PDL shall announce that PDL voters can only vote for national
candidates (President, Vice-President, Senators and Party-List
Candidates)
5. Seal and sign the envelopes containing the accomplished ballots and
hand them to the SEB-PDL Support Staff for delivery to the regular
polling place.
6. Return to the corresponding voting centers (per clustered precinct)
the accomplished ballots not later than 2:00PM on Election Day, for
batch feeding to the VCM.
