    INTRODUCTION
    Q-30 High Precision Capacitance, Inductance & Tan δ Measuring
    system is designed for the measurement of very low dielectric losses
    and impedances (Dissipation factor and Power factor) of high voltage
    equipment, liquid and solid insulation. The instrument works on the
    principle of a combined bridge-vector meter and is capable of
    analysing capacitive and inductive loads, especially shunt reactors
    with outstanding accuracy and stability certified by a leading national
    test laboratory.

    The Graphical User interface of Q-30 is highly intuitive and focussed on


    the convenience of operator. Advanced software functionalities such
    as analysis of test result, comparison of parameters and report
    generation makes it an advanced diagnostic instrument.

    The powerful Q-30 software e ciently performs complete test and
    records all relevant parameters, which are user selectable.
    Important information related to the device under test can be feeded
    into Q-30 for analysis and report generation
    Setups: Type of DUT (Device under test), insulation type, serial
    numbers, test personnel, etc.
    Measuring Values: Define the different values to be recorded E.g. Voltage,
    frequency, PF, current. Tan δ etc.
    The graphical display of measured data makes this instrument a powerful tool for
    analysis of high voltage equipment. The analysis function can be used as follows:
    Ÿ Trending Analysis (comparison over time)
    Ÿ Comparison of different samples, Array of measuring curves corresponding to
    different test objects, phases etc.
    Ÿ Free definable axis (e.g. tan δ v/s voltage, cap. v/s voltage, tan δ v/s time etc.)

    REPORTING AND DATA HANDLING

    All measurement results and test object data are saved in XML and CSV, which
    allow and easy transfer to database applications, MS word TM, MS Excel TM, MS
    Access TM, MS Power point TM or even a simple text editor.
