Please be informed that the 32nd foundation anniversary and 9th Sogaya festival event
planning will be having a second meeting for proposal presentation of each event.

The said meeting is in reference to the agendas discussed during the first meeting
which will be held on March 13, 2023 at 3A Brothers Café at 1:00 o’clock in the
afternoon.

In line with this, you are requested to attend the said event for the success of the 32 nd
foundation anniversary and 9 th Sogaya festival which will be part of the history of
Municipality of Arakan. “OYA Arakan”!

Kindly send a copy of your proposal to [email protected] on or before March 8,


2023 for consolidation.
