Some leaders are like WHEELBARROWS, not good unless pushed.
Some are like CANOES, need to be paddled.
Some are like KITES, if strings are not kept, they will not fly. Some are like KITTENS, they are more contented when petted. Some are like FOOTBALLS, you cannot tell where they will bounce next. Some are like TRAILERS, they have to be pulled. Some are like LIGHTS, they are going on and off. Thank God, many are like a NORTH STAR, always there whenever and wherever you need them, dependable, compassionate and a guide to all. Thus, We gather here today, as another North Star, will be placed to be the guide of Tananas Elementary School. My greatest respect to our Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Marilyn S. Andales, To the Public Schools District Supervisors of San Fernando 1 & 2 and Minglanilla, Dr. Joel B. Umbay, Madam Jenelyn V. Craste and Mr. Ivo Villordon, To my fellow school heads, To Tananas Elementary School faculty & staff, PTA Officers and learners, To the Brgy. Council of Tananas, and to everyone who are with us. A blissful morning to each of us! We are privileged to have our honored guests in this Installation Ceremony of Mr. Alford G. Magdogo. To begin, may I request everyone to stand and pay tribute to our Philippine flag which symbolizes hope and freedom that was brought by our heroes, as we sing the National Anthem. Kindly remain standing as we give back all the glory to our Almighty Father in heaven as we sing Him a song of praise. This will be followed by the singing of the Sugbo Hymn. Please be seated. In the book of Matthew 24:45, it stated that a faithful and sensible servant is one to whom the master can give the responsibility of managing his other household servants and feeding them. Most of us here are leaders who are called to serve. Now, let us hear a welcome remarks from one of the zealous leaders who is called to look after the whole San Fernando District 1, our Public Schools District Supervisor, Dr. Joel B. Umbay. A round of applause pls. Thank you Dr. Umbay for that welcoming speech which gives warmth in our hearts. Let’s roll out the red carpet for another adept leader from the Cebu Province Division who models to us that a good instructional leader is visible and accessible. Let’s give a big hand to Dr. Marilyn S. Andales, our beloved Schools Division Superintendent for the Installation Rites. Congratulations Mr. Alford G. Magdogo and welcome to Tananas Elementary School. May I request again our School Division Superintendent to come on stage for her Inspirational Message. A warm applause pls. Thank you Dr. Andales, for giving us such an inspiriting message. With this, we are reminded of our passion to lead with love and integrity. Without further adieu, let’s here some message of support for our newly installed school head of Tananas Elementary School. Help me welcome here on stage, the representative of the teaching force, Madam Rosalina O. Cantal, their Faculty President. Thank you Madam Cantal. At this instant, let’s have the experienced Principal of Pitalo Elem. School and School Head’s Association President for Elem. of San Fernando District 1, Mr. Jonathan T. Bolo for his message of support. Give a big hand pls. Thank you Sir Bolo. At this point, may I call in the resolute school head of San Fernando National High School and School Head’s Association President for Secondary of San Fernando District 1, Madam Kathleen Marie P. Gencono for her message of support. A round of applause pls. Thank you Madam Gencono. This time let’s welcome with a burst of applause our vigorous EPS in Mathematics and San Fernando Sub-Office Caretaker, Dr. Pamela A. Rodemio. Thank you Dr. Rodemio. Another message of support will be given by our ever-supportive San Fernando PTA Federation President, Mr. Edsel A. Laguda. A big hand pls. Thank you Sir Laguda. Of course, mopadayag sad sa iyang pag suporta ang amahan sa Brgy. Tananas, let’s all welcome, Hon. Casiano T. Canoy, the Brgy. Capt. Of Tananas. A resounding applause pls. Thank you Hon. Canoy. At this moment, put your hands together for the benevolent Mayor of the municipality of San Fernando, Mayor Mytha Ann B. Canoy. Thank you Mayor Canoy. Ladies and gentlemen, we all have witnessed the myriads of support. This is an evidence of an old African proverb that if we want to go far, we must go together. For sure, this school will go far and reach excellence as its destination. Now, may I call Madam. Charisse R. Almagro, the previous School Caretaker, and Mr. Alford G. Magdogo, the newly installed school head to come here in front for the symbolic act of turning over the key of responsibility. In response to all the support and in acceptance of his new responsibility, let’s all hear a message from Mr. Alford G. Magdogo. A warm round of applause pls. Thank you so much Sir Magdogo. Thank you everyone for participating this morning’s event. This has been your host, Mrs. Begieth L.
