II. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS

History:

We decided to combine bread and vegetables to create a product that is worth the price.
Like the well-known “lumpiang gulay” that become an all-time favorite snack of Filipinos, we got
an idea to add some twist and bring out the flavors of the vegetables. Bread rolls which are also
known for its rich taste, and its different feelings made, we come up with an idea to incorporate
vegetables in it since most of the individuals in this time are health conscious. So, the idea of
giving some innovation to the Bread rolls is born, and was named, “BreadGie Rolls”.

Also, the word kingsilog describes the dish’s three main components: hotdog (fried
hotdog), egg (fried egg) and sinangag (fried garlic rice). The hotdog is usually made by boiling in
on the water and then frying it. The itlog portion is as simple as it’s get; a farm-fresh chicken egg
fried to the desired degree of doneness, sunny side-up style. A plate of our Kingsilog is a
delightful study in taste and texture. You get the rich, buttery silkiness of the egg, the herded,
aromatic grains of the fried rice, and the savory.

Sinangag is a testament to our Filipino ingenuity when it comes to reducing fried waste ad
maximizing utility. It’s leftover rice that kneaded by hand to break apart any clumps prior to being
fried in a work with a bit of oil, rock salt and a lot of garlic.
