All the interview-related information will be communicated via the Discord community only. Use the below link

and ensure you follow the announcements.

• Discord Username is mandatory to register, refer our Discord post to know how to copy Discord Name.

• Mobile app for Discord is highly recommended.

• Follow this document to the end to understand each role and register using the link below.

• Candidates who do not submit their Evaluation answers within the specified time are disqualified.

• Ensure that the Evaluation answers are your own work, without any references, and free of plagiarism.

• If we find any malpractices in your results, you will be removed from the process and the college will be
notified. It might impact on our future interviews with your college.

Role Specific Instructions

STARTING PACKAGE
SOFTWARE ENGINEER
4.2 LPA to 5.6 LPA

As a Software Engineer at AdminDroid, you are responsible for exploring new technologies and implementing
innovative solutions in our products.

We look for good problem-solving skills and programming skills. At AdminDroid, you may have to learn different
languages to develop new functionalities in our product. Possessing a research attitude is a bonus and we
encourage it a lot!

All the interview rounds consist of C programming with basic syntax but good logic. Your initial rounds
will be validated in the face-to-face interviews as well.

If you need syntax-based help, you shall use internet help – Only for syntax and should not use
internet even for a minor logic.

Requirements for the interview

• A laptop/desktop with Dev C++ installed. Download Dev C++ from here.

• Steady internet connection.

• Discord application installed on the laptop.

• We recommend installing discord in your mobile as well.

Instructions for Software Engineer rounds

• Your programs must successfully compile in Dev C++. Programs which fail in Dev C++ will not be considered.

• No additional weightage for using structure, pointers, etc. Use them only if it would simplify the solution.

• Your code should be dynamic and work for all possible inputs that match the question’s input criteria.

• Use meaningful variables and programs must be properly indented(aligned).

• You must create and use functions as much as possible to segregate the code wherever possible.

• Only C syntax should be used; Using C++ is not acceptable.

• You may use the following header files only. Stdio.h (scanf/printf), stdlib.h (malloc, etc.), and conio.h (for
clear screen). Using functions such as string functions are not accepted.

• We value the logic, if yours is a better logic, it will definitely boost your score. There is no correct logic for
anything, just efficient and robust.

• Quicker submission is vital to clear the interview. If you have another better idea to solve it, you shall inform
the interviewer in the ‘Your comments’ section of the submission form. Make yourself clear in the
explanation. If not clear, they won’t be considered.

• Do not attempt any malpractices. If found, you and your associates will be terminated from the interview
and will be notified to your college. We wouldn’t revisit your college for upcoming year.

CONTENT WRITER
4.2 LPA

As a Content Writer at AdminDroid, you are responsible for creating content, that includes website content, white
papers, blog posts, social media content and product/service descriptions.

We look for candidates with Creative thinking, good writing skills and ability to understand technologies. You must
produce creative content, which is easy and attractive to read, and must be suitable for vast audience.

Your English writing without grammatical errors and technical understanding will be tested in all the
rounds. Be open to the questions.

Requirements for the interview

• A laptop/desktop with steady internet connection.

• Pen, pencil, and papers (to create little illustrations).
• A document creation app such as Open Office, Google Docs, etc.

Instructions for Content Writer questions

• Understand the question clearly before answering.

• Answer the question in the question’s order.

• You may include your hand-drawn illustrations (Only the idea will be evaluated).

• Punctuate wherever necessary.

• Use upper-case and lower-case letters wisely and precisely.

• Think out of the box, not out of context.

SUPPORT ENGINEER
4.2 LPA

As a support engineer at AdminDroid, you are responsible to help our customers finding solutions to their product-
based problems, and also to assist them to overcome technical difficulties. You are also responsible to communicate
the customer issues/requirements with the dev team and promptly update the customers.

You must possess good communication, ability to troubleshoot software applications and understanding
technologies.

Your technical understanding, English communication, and customer-assistance skills will be tested in
all the rounds.

Requirements for the interview

• A laptop/desktop with steady internet connection.

• Pen, pencil, and papers (to create little illustrations).
• A document creation app such as Open Office, Google Docs, etc.

Instructions for Support Engineer questions

• Understand the question clearly before answering.

• Answer the question in the question’s order.

• You may include your hand-drawn illustrations (Only the idea will be evaluated). The neatness of the image
will not be strictly evaluated – you need not be a professional painter.
• Punctuate wherever necessary.

• Use upper-case and lower-case letters wisely and precisely.

• Your writing must be simple and easy-to-follow for any type of audience.

• Technical clarity is a must.

FRONT-END ENGINEER
3.5 LPA to 4.2 LPA

As a visual designer at AdminDroid, you are responsible for designing user interfaces and website pages. You are
also responsible for converting UI mock-ups into HTML.

Understanding UX and design trends are key responsibilities. You must possess good knowledge in JS Fundamentals
(DataTypes, Functions, and Objects), JS HTML DOM (Events and Animations), and CSS. Knowing AJAX, JSON, jQuery,
React, and Ember is a plus.

Your HTML, CSS & JS skills will be tested in all the rounds. Be open to facing
other questions as well.

Requirements for the interview

• A laptop/desktop with a simple IDE (it shouldn’t allow drag and drop like feature to include textbox,
buttons, etc.) or text editor such as Notepad++, VS Code.
• Using Eclipse, Dreamweaver, NetBeans like IDE is restricted.
• Standard web browser (Preferably Google Chrome).
• Steady internet connection.
• Discord application installed on the laptop.
• We recommend installing discord in your mobile as well.

Instructions for Front-End ner interview questions

• Understand the question clearly before answering.

• Answer the question in the question’s order.

• You may include your hand-drawn illustrations.

• You must create only one HTML file for each question. Any JS and CSS should be placed only in that HTML
file.
• You must not copy the styles from any website. Rather you must create your own styles.

• You must not use style related frameworks like bootstrap, tailwind, etc. Only use plain CSS.

• You must not use JavaScript related frameworks like jquery etc.

As a marketing analyst at AdminDroid, you are responsible for implementing SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
You are expected to be active in social media interaction for the company.

You must plan growth strategies by exploring the SEO & SEM domain and possess good analytical skills. English
communication is a plus.

Your English writing without grammatical errors and technical understanding will be tested in all the
rounds. Be open to the questions.

Requirements for the interview

• A laptop/desktop/mobile device with steady internet connection.

• Pen, pencil, and papers (to create little illustrations).
• A document creation app such as Open Office, Google Docs, etc.
