May we acknowledge the presence of out Head Teacher I, Sir Jhonly R. Cacho. Good morning sir. Call to Order Everybody, please pay attention. The program is about to start. Kindly stay on your seats. Let us not cause any commotion and create too much noise. Together, let us maintain orderliness and cleanliness in this place for us to enjoy this program. Please turn your cellphones in the silent mode so that it will cause any distractions. Thank you so much for your cooperation. OPENING The behaviorists say that the human mind is just an empty slate which starts acquiring skills right from childhood. Putting this as an analogy to our lives as aspiring campus journalists, learning starts when we take our first step in holding our pens and writing something that is valuable and maybe, can change the world. Continuous learning is about expanding our skills in response to the changing demands and new developments in the field of campus journalism. We know that everyone in this hall is excited to take this one-day journey. So, lets kick-off this program. Our respect to our School Principal 2, Sir Eduardo A. Vinoya, and Head Teacher 1, Sir Jhonly R. Cacho. To the very able resource speakers of this awaited event, to the very excited participants, dear teachers, friends, good morning. Becoming a journalist is not as easy as wishing to a genie in a bottle or to a fairy godmother. It entails unending hard work and interminable practice. However, before doing so, one has to learn from reliable sources and to be guided by the experiences of credible individuals. Without further ado, may we ask everyone to please stand for the opening prayer to be led to us by Ma’am Annabelle D. Apostol to be followed by the singing of the national anthem through an Audio Visual Presentation.
