Class, I have here a scrambled letter. Now, anyone from the class can go in front and arrange the scrambled letters?

(The teacher called the student to go in front and arrange the scrambled letter)
The scrambled letter when correctly arrange it will be read as CLUBHOUSE SANDWICH.

That’s greet! Very good.


So, class our topic for this afternoon is all about CLUBHOUSE SANDWICH.
Are you interested to make it and serve it as a food to offer?

But before we go deeper to our discussion let us read first the Learning objectives.

Clubhouse Sandwich

Is a food item, typically consisting of two or more slices of bread with one or more fillings between them. They
generally contain a combination of salad vegetables, meat, cheese, and a variety of sauces or savoury spreads.

So, are you excited to make it now?

Okay, let us do it! But before that may I present to you first the shop safety precautions.
(Let the students read the shop safety precautions)

Shop Safety Precautions

1. Observe Proper hygiene.


2. Prepare the Materials needed.
3. Avoid wearing jewelleries.
4. Avoid running, pushing, and jumping during the activity
5. Observe cleanliness and sanitation
6. Be watchful to your activity while you’re working.
7. Be careful in handling sharp tools like knives.
8. Ask to the teacher whatever doubts you have.in cooking.

Clubhouse Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients;

Loaf Bread Tomatoes


Mayonnaise Egg
Lettuce Ham
Cheese

Procedure:
-Prepare the loaf bread and remove the edge line of it.
-On the bottom slice, spread a thin layer of dressing and add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese
- Add second slice of bread and spread with a little more mayonnaise; top with lettuce, and tomato slices.
-top off with third slice of bread and stick a decorative tooth pick in to the sandwich.
Put in a serving plate and ready to serve.

GROUP ACTIVITY
1. Students will be group into 10 groups. Each of the group will have 5-6 members
2. Each of the group will make a Clubhouse Sandwich
3. 20 minutes time allotment including the mise en place.
4. Materials will be provided
