Likewise on picture below, the equipment’s downside switch is on, and the light is on atLED and display waiting
condition of the machine.
At machine, the power is inputted, and proceed TRIANA program at PC, and push exposure button and connect
to the machine OP program is on and start checking the machine.
[OP Screen]
OP screen appears and by checking of machine’s normal operation, push the machine’s laser button ( ).
To check the machine’s rotating unit is working normally.
If rotating unit is not rotating, and by hands, turning rotating unit, and push laser button again( ).
If movement of rotating unit is not stopped after arriving at initial position, turn off the power and check
the error messages. Please contact technical support immediately if same problem occurs.

SENSOR LED B/D: By receiving signal from MAIN BOARD, and give permission to give signal to pano sensor part.
1) Driver sub B/D is a part of driver B/D. Their voltage consumption is decided by voltage changeof both ends. Compare
OCP_REF voltage and if the voltage is higher than setpoint, OCP LED1 turn on. VR1 might be set up to momentary
maximum voltage.
2) Driver type is Full bridge driver.
3) Driver B/D is operated as below TIMING chart
1) EP PWM CONTROL: Between EP_REF and EP_FB’s voltage difference, the frequency’s range need to be controlled, and
send signal (output) to EP_GATE1, EP_GATE2.
2) IP PWM CONTROL: Between IP_REF and IP_FB’s voltage difference, the frequency’s range need to be controlled, and
send signal (output) to IP_GATE1, IP_GATE2.
3) LEVER OVER: According to DRIVER B/D’s defect and TANK’s defect, FEEDBACK value that is higher than one area or
set-up value and send LEVER OVER signal to MAIN B/D.

1) Connect the probe of digital multimeter (or oscilloscope) measurement point on the main board (positive
probe – TP15, negative probe – TP16).
2) Select the appropriate DC voltage measurement range for 1 to 4.5 V signal level.
3) Take an exposure with desired kV setting.
4) Reading the voltage value and record it.
5) The actual tube voltage relates to the measured feedback signal an follows :
Actual tube voltage = 20kV * measurement feedback voltage ( in volts)
The resulting tube voltage should be within ±10% of the voltage indicated in the user interface.
1) Connect the probe of digital multimeter (or oscilloscope) measurement point on the main board (positive
probe – TP17, negative probe – TP16).
2) Select the appropriate DC voltage measurement range for 1 to 6 V signal level.
3) Take an exposure with desired mA setting.
4) Reading the voltage value and record it.
5) The actual tube voltage relates to the measured feedback signal an follows :
Actual tube current = 2mA * measurement feedback voltage ( in volts)
The resulting tube current should be within ±10% of the voltage indicated in the user interface.
