George S. Hall (GSH). The boilers at this location have Frontline Personnel

outlived its life expectancy. These boilers are small and
make it difficult to provide enough heat during cold spells. Permanent Affordability Commitment
There is a mobile boiler at Astoria Houses to support in-
house boilers. Together (PACT)
Astoria is not currently in the PACT conversion pipeline.
