SCENARIO #1:-
The reputed company of Karachi has a minority inclusion program in place and has hired several
employees who are part of minority groups. Working relationships between some of the minority
employees and some white employees of longer tenure have not functioned as well as they could.
As a leader of the company what diversity management strategies you will make to address
this situation?

ANSWER:-
Because of globalisation, the idea of "workplace variety" or "multiculturalism" is a well-known
phenomenon today. The cohabitation of different diverse cultures is referred to as
multiculturalism. Different religions, races, creeds, ethnic groups, and cultural groups are the main
components of cultural diversity. These cultural groups exhibit various traditional behaviours,
cultural presumptions and beliefs, diverse thought patterns, and various communication
techniques.

If I were the leader of this company, I would create diversity management strategies in such a way
that minorities are entertained equally. As a manager, I'll embrace and value the various viewpoints
and opinions that come from the diverse group (both minority and majority). If our company
creates program to hire minorities group. I as a leader would tell employees that our company has
this program (for hiring minorities) to support those who will come, avoid racism. Help them when
they face any types of difficulties during office work.

Second, I will arrange training and orientation sessions on a regular basis where each employee
will gain experience & education regarding workplace diversity, its effects, and methods for
resolving problems resulting from different personality traits or behaviour.
I will make sure that they are various rules & regulations at workplace that supports the concept
of Managing workplace diversity. A specific code of conduct should be imposed to employees in
which certain activities that are punishable or should be avoided related to workplace diversity
should be mentioned.

SCENARIO #2:-
It’s widely known that when employees are satisfied with their jobs, they’re much more likely to
be happy, more engaged, and more productive. Since successful companies are built on the backs
of satisfied and motivated employees. Believe it or not, many people in the world hate their jobs,
according to a research survey. There are many reasons why that might be the case.
Some employees don’t like their bosses. Others dislike their co-workers, while still others simply
feel disconnected to the team. There are also those who feel as though their hard work is never
recognized. Some workers feel expendable. Others believe they’re underpaid, and few believe
don’t believe in their company’s mission or how it treats its staff.
As a manager of a marketing company located in Karachi, how will you measure the job
satisfaction level of your team members? What outcomes do job satisfaction influence? What
implications does this have for management?

ANSWER:-
Job satisfaction is basically a level of fulfilment that an employee has towards his job. There are
many factors that affect the job satisfaction & job dissatisfaction.
As a manager of Marketing company, I will hold regular one-on-one meetings with the
employees. I would be better able to understand their issues regarding the work-related activities.
If any employees facing some issues regarding any factors then I, as a manager will try to resolve
problems. Job satisfaction has several positive outcomes it primarily impacts the productivity
and performance level of employees because of higher level of job satisfaction, the employees
will feel more connected & will involve towards organizational culture and business activities.

Additionally, there will be less tension at work, as well as lower absenteeism and better interest
levels. They will also seek to improve the workplace by making it more enjoyable and
innovative. In the end, everything has a good effect on the company's performance. The
management will see less employee turnover and a higher retention rate of the organization's
talented workforce as a result.
