Stage 0- Stretegic - Set the project budget

Stage 2- Concept - Provide comments feedback based on the initial concept design

- Produce MEP and structural cost reviews

Stage 4- Technical - Provide final cost plan.


design - Provide contractor pricing documentation and all preliminary
tender information documentation.
- Advise on cost implications of programme/procurement options.
- Advise on any orders which should be placed directly by client.
- Advise on which orders are on the critical path and could affect
the timeline of the project
- Attend meetings with prospective tenderers.
- Confirm timetable for tenderers.
- Coordinate and issue out all relevant tender documentation
- Provide analvsis and comparative breakdown of all the received
tender packages.
- Provide details on the building contract and also on any client
required addendums.
- Attend tender interview meetings.
- Confirm details of collateral warrantees if required
- Confirm contractors insurance.
Prepare building contract for signature.

Stage 5- Manufacturing - Prepare a schedule of adjustments based on construction


and construction information.
- Input into any assessment of loss and expense under the terms of
the JCT contract.
- Review costs and report variations based on bill of quantities and
all preliminary tender information
- documentation.

- Maintain updated cash flow reports for the Client.
- Review Value Engineering relative to ongoing expenditure.
- Agree cost basis for specialist sub-contractor appointment.
