COMMUNICATION. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
ENHANCES INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN
AN ORGANISATION AND AIDS IN THE COORDINATION
OF MANY ACTIVITIES. IT IS CHALLENGING TO SELECT A
SPECIFIC KIND OF COMMUNICATION BECAUSE THERE

ALL OF THE MANAGEMENT DISCIPLINES, INCLUDING

COMPATIBLE WITH ISLAM. THE MANAGER MUST GAIN
AS MUCH KNOWLEDGE AS HE CAN ABOUT THE

PRODUCTIVE. ISLAMIC MANAGEMENT ADHERES TO A

HUMAN LIFE WHICH ARE REGULATED
BASED ON ISLAM.

CONCLUSION
IN CONCLUSION FUNDAMENTALS OF MANAGEMENT HELPED ME
A LOT IN VARIOUS ASPECT BUT THERE ARE STILL MANY ASPECTS
OF MY STUDY HABITS THAT I BELIEVE I NEED TO WORK ON TO
BECOME MORE PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANISED. IN ADDITION TO
THAT, I LEARNED NEW ABILITIES INCLUDING HOW TO
COLLABORATE WITH OTHERS ON PROJECTS AND TASKS. I'VE
COME TO UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT IT IS FOR EACH TEAM
MEMBER TO WORK WELL TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE THE GREATEST
RESULTS FOR THE ASSIGNMENTS.
ADDITIONALLY, MY COMMUNICATION ABILITIES HAVE IMPROVED
SINCE I HEARD ABOUT IT IN CHAPTER 8. THIS CHAPTER SHOWED
ME HOW CRUCIAL IT IS TO PROJECT CONFIDENCE AND THE BELIEF
THAT ONE IS USING THE APPROPRIATE WORDS WHEN GIVING A
SPEECH.
TO SUM UP, THE INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENTS HELPED ME DEVELOP
MY INDEPENDENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. ANY ACTION I
TAKE THAT STEMS FROM THE IDEATION AND DEFINITION
