Inc.’s intent to submit a proposal and quotation for the Design and build of 150 cmd
sewage treatment plant for Delos Santos Medical Center.

Supervision and Technical Expertise

3. PAYMENT AND VALIDITY.

The Client will pay MIZU TECNICA SYSTEMS, INC. 50% deposit amounting to
Php 3,564,195.00, 40% after completing the project amounting to Php
2,851,316.00 and the remaining 10% amounting to Php 712,839.00 upon
passing the DENR parameters. A Warranty of 10 months upon turnover is
included.

All invoices shall be paid to MIZU TECNICA SYSTEMS, INC. at the address
provided above, unless the Client is notified of another name/or address to which
to make payment.

MIZU TECNICA SYSTEMS, INC. shall not be liable for any delay due to
circumstances beyond its control including strikes, acts of God or general
unavailability of materials.

The agreement is valid until the completion of the project.
