    Rules and Regulations:


    1. All reviewees must be clean, courteous, orderly, respectful and punctual. A persistent offender or one guilty of
    DAVAO

    a series of offenses may be suspended or expelled and all payments forfeited in favor of JPT.
    2. JPT reserves the right to refuse entry to the classroom and/or denied access to online services/classes to stu-
    dents who have not paid their tuition in full.
    3. JPT ID will be issued only upon full payment of tuition fees. JPT ID should be worn at all times within JPT
    premises. JPT observes the NO ID, NO ENTRY policy. A student may be allowed to attend his/her class with-
    out a JPT ID upon securing a DAY PASS worth Php 20. However, this can be availed up to a maximum of 5
    times only. Lost JPT ID shall only be replaced upon presentation of a notarized affidavit of loss and payment
    of Php 100.
    4. Cellular Phones may be allowed inside the classroom if they are put off or in silent mode. Anyone caught re-
    cording the lecture will be immediately expelled and all payments forfeited in favour of JPT.

    5. Policy on Refund and Fees: We will only allow refunds if request is made at least a month prior to the start of
    the class. subject to applicable deductions/fees, e.g., VAT, Income Tax, Permits, Operational Expense, etc..
    Absolutely NO REFUNDS for Acts of God. We will allow deferment of class if request is made at least two
    (2) weeks before the start of class. ALL payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
    6. Observe Social Distancing and follow safety protocols. Students who refuse to follow safety protocols will be
    denied entry to JPT premises.
    7. Reviewees not in complete protective gear as required, i.e., mask, face shield, long sleeves, will be denied en-
    try Reviewees will undergo thermal scanning prior to entry and anyone whose temperature is higher than
    37.5oC will be denied entry.
    8. I certify that I am fully aware that the schedules or sections I chose is not permanent. I hereby grant JPT the
    right and power to change my section and/or schedule as the need arises in order to adapt to any unforeseen
    situation. Furthermore, I allow JPT to change my mode of attending classes from Flexi to Full Online and vice
    versa as JPT sees fit so that I can get the best review available.
    I hereby certify that I have read the Rules and Regulations and I bind myself to its full compliance . I now declare
    that I am a JPT student and I will protect and uphold JPT’s right to claim me as such.
