We write to you on behalf of our client, __________________.

We would like to remind you that up to the present you have not settled
your obligation regarding the money you owe from our clients with the
outstanding balance of ONE MILLION FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php1,045,000.00) Philippine Currency.

FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to make the necessary


arrangement for the payment of the foregoing amounts to our clients within
FIVE (5) days from receipt of this letter.

Should you refuse to settle said obligations, we will be constrained to


proceed with the necessary legal action against you, whether civil, criminal or
administrative, as may be appropriate to protect the rights and interest of our
clients, as well as to recover the amount of damages sustained by them,
including attorney’s fees and costs of suit.

We trust that we have clearly explained our position and we advise that
you heed this demand and endeavour towards the peaceful resolution of this
issue to avoid unnecessary inconvenience and expenses on your part. Should
