The customer had purchased Adobe Acrobat Professional 9.0 in 2009 for use on two computers. They have since reformatted one computer and can no longer find the installation DVD. They asked if Adobe could provide the installation files online or a replacement DVD, but Adobe support said they are no longer providing installation media for versions older than Acrobat X and suggested upgrading to the latest version instead. The customer was provided a customer service number to call about upgrading their license.
