    MAJOR REFURBISHING KITS


    Comprehensive repair kit equipped to
    completely refurbish a Senior Orifice
    Fitting with genuine Daniel parts
    Daniel Senior Orifice Fitting Major Refurbishing Kits create an effective
    way to restore your equipment without the added cost and associated
    downtime required when purchasing a new unit. Our refurbishment kits
    consist of a duplicate of every trim part found in a Daniel Senior Orifice
    Fitting, (with the exception of the body, top, plate carrier or seal ring).

    To help ease the maintenance task and result in a faster start up time,
    each kit is shipped with supporting documentation including:

    • Bill of Materials
    – A printed, itemized list that matches each part in the kit with its
    corresponding part number, quantity and location in the fitting
    Our Refurbishing Kit is a duplicate of
    • Installation Instructions every trim part found in a Daniel Senior
    – A detailed, step-by-step process with visual aids illustrating Orifice Fitting
    how to install each replacement part

    • Torque and Tightening Guide


    – Supplemental information on bolted joint assembles consisting
    of suggested torque values and sequencing instructions
