All Waste Water collected in Oily Water Sewer (OWS) and Potentially Contaminated surface waste sewer (PCSW)
sumps across the site are routed to the Oily Water Treatment Package (OWTP). In addition, the OWTP also
receives produced water drained from crude tanks during dewatering. Other flow will vary depending on washout
activities and rainfall rates. All flows routed to the OWTP are initially combined in the Equalisation tank (in EPC
Contractor Scope) to balance out variations in the incoming flow. From the tank, wastewater is pumped at constant
rates to the Oily Water Treatment Package by means the Equalization Tank Pumps 740-P-002A/B (in EPC
Contractor Scope) continuously with normal flowrate of 15 m3/h. The package is designed for a design flowrate of
50 m3/h.

4.0 APPLICABILITY
These operations shall be referred to the “mechanical completed system”, so when all the foundation works, the
electro-instrumental connections and the paintings provided in the project have been completed.
Please note that all the instrument used for measurement shall be calibrated before the SAT.
