I am a driven individual who enjoys a powerful career in Clinical Medicine & Community
Health. I play a supportive role in medical laboratory and clinical tasks, superior problem-

building, team building, and leadership, upholding confidentiality, outreaches organization, and
community development for sustainable livelihoods and good. I am a methodical worker who is
able to concentrate for a long period of time working with different stakeholders and
communicating effectively with clients. Possess a huge range of abilities from providing support
and leadership to junior. A resourceful leader with a proven ability to develop and strengthen
teams in order to maximize performance and efficiency. Also having a proven record of
contributing to profitability and revenue growth. Experienced in leading and growing
departments to make them dynamic and progressive. Excellent communication skills and ability

Summary of Responsibilities:
In this role, I am responsible for assisting in the delivery of high-quality and efficient Medical
care and promoting Health care, and ensuring that a consistently excellent level of service is
provided to patients and clients in the surrounding communities. Implementation and
Monitoring. Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Ensuring clerking, investigations, making prescriptions, conducting daily ward rounds,
participation in active management of patients with various medical-related conditions,
and updating HMIS (Health Management Information Systems) data on a daily basis.
• Inspiring better fluid resuscitation techniques among neonates, and improved
management practice in emergencies and nursing procedures including paracentesis ,
gastric lavage, catheterization, evacuation, ear clinging, POP and many others and minor
surgical procedures under my capacity of work.
