V: Good afternoon, Ma’am I'm Alona C. Fajardo from laundry department. I'm here
for your laundry request, may I know if you are Mrs. Ortega who called for a
laundry pick up?

G: Yes, please come in.

V: Thank you very much, May I know Ma'am if you are, done filling up your laundry
form?

G: Not yet.

V: Okay Ma'am, here is your laundry form kindly fill it out. May I know where I
could find your laundry item Ma’am?

G: It's behind the bathroom door.

(The Guest will give the form)

V: Ma’am, please allow me to counter check your laundry item. Upon checking
Ma'am, you have 2 jackets, 2 underwear’s, 2 shorts, 2 dresses, 3 denim pants and
they were all damage free. Do you have any special instruction on your cloths
Ma'am

G: None

V: How do you like your clothes to be wash? Is it Machine wash, Hand wash or Dry-
cleaning Ma'am?

G: Machine wash.

V: How about your clothes to be delivered, is it Hang or Folded?

G: Folded
V: Okay Ma’am, what kind of delivery service would you like to avail? We have
express delivery service where in your clothes will be deliver after 3 hours but with
an extra charge of Php 500.00 pesos. We also have regular service where in your
clothes will be delivered after 8 hours but has no extra charge.

G: I will choose express delivery service

V: Okay Ma'am, your total amount to pay is Php 2,850.00 pesos where in Php
2,350 pesos is for laundry service and Php 500 pesos on extra charge. How would
you like to settle your mode of payment Ma'am? Is it Cash or Charge upon Check-
out?

G: I choose Cash

V - Okay Ma'am please allow me to repeat your laundry request. You have 2

B: Good Afternoon Mrs. Ortega Welcome to Wave Hotel, I’m Alona C. Fajardo, your
personal butler for today. May I help you with your luggage?

G: Sure! Thanks.

B: Ma'am could you check if all of your luggage is complete before we proceed to
your room?

G: It's okay, It's Complete.

(After checking – In)

B: Okay Ma'am this way you to your room.

B: Ma'am before we arrive to your room, allow me to explain our hotel facilities.
Breakfast will be available at the Restaurant located at Lobby level from 6:00am to
10:00am. We also have Cafe and Business Center at Lobby level. Our meeting
rooms are located on the 2nd floor, the swimming pool, spa and fitness center are
on the 5th floor. Let us know if you need to make reservations for our hotel
facilities.

G: Yes. Thank you for the information. (Room Familiarization)

B: We are in front of your room, Ma’am. Would you like me to show you how to use
your key card? G: Yes Please

television channel list. You have a view to the city, and this is your bed side lamp.
Telephone to make an outgoing call, press 0 for operation assistance, 1 for
housekeeping, 2 for laundry, and 3 for room service. This is your air conditioner,
and lastly, this is your bathroom, for the water, tap the red button for hot water
and blue for cold water. G: Alright. I would ask you again if I forgot.

G: Yes, you can.
