    ROUTINE TESTS
    1.1 Visual examination
    Every insulator was tested and founded to comply with IEC 60383 ,
    The insulating parts had no surface defects prejudicial to satisfactory performance in
    service such as folds, blowholes, etc. and there were no bubbles in the glass greater than
    3mm in diameter. the result meet the test basis satisfactory

    1.2 Routine mechanical strength test


    All Specimens conducted routine tension load test with load of 50% of rated
    value,(applied 60KN) the result meet the test basis satisfactory

    A visual examination conducted on 7samples . All samples meet the IEC60383
    standard requirement , the test passed .

    2.5 Thermal shock test


    4 insulators were withstood the test without breakage in accordance with IEC60383.
    The temperature of the cold water was 24.2 ℃, the temperature of the hot air was
    125 ℃. The result meets the test basis.

    2.6 Mechanical Strength Test


    4 pcs insulators were tested in accordance with IEC60383 and the following failing
    load test results were recorded
