RUNGTA 润滑说明

Lubrication Specification for Rungta Project


造球机采用电动干油润滑，选用(GB/T7323-1994)1 号极压锂基润

滑脂，初配时一套电动干油润滑需 60L，3 套干油润滑就需 180L。

Balling disc adopts electric dry oil lubrication with (GB/T7323-1994)

No.1 extreme pressure lithium-base grease. During initial assembly, 60L

grease is required for one set of electric dry lubrication, and 180L grease

is required for 3 sets of electric dry lubrication.

造球机减速机 B3SH10-25 自润滑，选用 ISO-VG320PAO 润滑油,

初配时每台减速机需 60L。3 套造球机共需 180L。

The gear reducer B3SH10-25 self lubrication of balling disc applies

ISO-VG320PAO lubricating oil. During initial assembly, 60L grease is

required for each gear reducer, and 180L grease is required for 3 sets of

balling discs.

链篦机和布料系统共用一套智能集中润滑，选用

(GB/T7323-1994)1 号极压锂基润滑脂，初配时一套智能集中润滑需配

360L 润滑脂。

The travelling grate and material distribution system share the same

one set of intelligent centralized lubrication, which applies

(GB/T7323-1994) No.1 extreme pressure lithium-base grease. During

initial assembly, 360L grease is required for one set of intelligent

centralized lubrication.
链篦机减速机 TSH750AH 自润滑，冬季选用 100#工业齿轮油，

初配时每台需 225L，夏季推荐使用 150#工业齿轮油。每台三环减速

机配用的初级减速机使用润滑油和主减速机相同需 16.5L。链篦机主

传动共需润滑油（225+16.5×2）×2=516LL。

The gear reducer TSH750AH self lubrication of travelling grate

applies 100# industrial gear oil in winter and 225L grease is required for

each gear reducer during initial assembly, while 150# industrial gear oil is

recommended in summer. The lubricating oil used for the primary gear

reducer of each three-ring gear reducer is the same as that of the main

gear reducer, which requires 16.5L grease. Lubricating oil (225+16.5×2)

×2=516L is required for the main drive of travelling grate.

回转窑和环冷机共用一套智能集中润滑，选用(GB/T7323-1994)1

号极压锂基润滑脂，初配时一套智能集中润滑需配 360L 润滑脂。

The rotary kiln and annular cooler share the same one set of

intelligent centralized lubrication, which applies (GB/T7323-1994) No.1

grease is required for one set of intelligent centralized lubrication.

回转窑减速机 H3SH19 自润滑,选用 ISO-VG460PAO 润滑油, 初

配时每台减速机需 420L。

The gear reducer H3SH19 self lubrication of rotary kiln applies

ISO-VG460PAO lubricating oil. During initial assembly, 420L grease is

required for each gear reducer.


回转窑辅助减速机 H3SH05,选用 ISO-VG460PAO 润滑油, 初配

时每台减速机需 16L。

The auxiliary gear reducer H3SH05 of rotary kiln applies

ISO-VG460PAO lubricating oil. During initial assembly, 16L grease is

required for each gear reducer.

环冷机主减速机选用日本住友 PVD9070R4-LR 自润滑，选用

ISO-VG320AGMA 6EP 润滑油, 初配时每台减速机需 54L,共需 108L。

The main gear reducer of annular cooler applies Sumitomo

PVD9070R4-LR self lubrication with ISO-VG320AGMA 6EP

lubricating oil. During initial assembly, 54L grease is required for each

gear reducer, and 108L grease is required in total.

环冷机辅助减速机 XWDY2.2-8130-11, 选用 1 号极压锂基润滑

脂，每台初配用量 0.8L, 共需 1.6L。

The auxiliary gear reducer XWDY2.2-8130-11 of annular cooler

applies No.1 extreme pressure lithium-base grease. During initial

assembly, 0.8L grease is required for each gear reducer and 1.6L in total.

辊式布料器和大球辊筛减速机型号为 XWD1.5-8115-17，总共 82

台，选用 1 号极压锂基润滑脂，每台初配用量 0.5L,共需润滑脂 41L。

There are 82 nos. in total of gear reducers (model: XWD1.5-8115-17)

for roller distributor and oversize roller screen, which apply No.1 extreme

pressure lithium-base grease. During initial assembly, 0.5L grease is


required for each gear reducer and 41L in total.

宽皮带减速机 TBWVY9215B-121-11，选用冬季选用 100#工业齿

轮油，初配时每台需 14L，夏季推荐使用 150#工业齿轮油。

The gear reducer TBWVY9215B-121-11 of wide belt conveyor

applies 100# industrial gear oil in winter and 14L grease is required for

each gear reducer during initial assembly, while 150# industrial gear oil is

recommended in summer.

摆头皮带减速机 TPS200-63-2F，选用 ISO-VG320AGMA 6EP，

每台初配用量 25L 。

The gear reducer TPS200-63-2F of swing belt conveyor applies

ISO-VG320AGMA 6EP lubricating oil, and 25L grease is required for

each gear reducer during initial assembly.

摆头皮带减速机 R147DRE180L4，选用 ISO-VG220PAO 润滑油,

初配时每台减速机需 15.5L。

The gear reducer R147DRE180L4 of swing belt conveyor applies

ISO-VG220PAO lubricating oil, and 15.5L grease is required for each

gear reducer during initial assembly.

链篦机电动双层卸灰阀 XWED1.5-8135C-195，选用 1 号极压锂

基润滑脂，每台初配用量 0.85L，30 台共需 25.5L。

The electric double-layer ash discharge valve of travelling grate

applies gear reducer XWED1.5-8135C-195 with No.1 extreme pressure

lithium-base grease. During initial assembly, 0.85L grease is required for


each gear reducer and 25.5L in total for 30 nos.

环冷机电动双层卸灰阀 XWED1.1-8135C-195，选用 1 号极压锂

基润滑脂，每台初配用量 0.85L，9 台共需 7.65L。

The electric double-layer ash discharge valve of annular cooler

applies gear reducer XWED1.1-8135C-195 with No.1 extreme pressure

lithium-base grease. During initial assembly, 0.85L grease is required for

each gear reducer and 7.65L in total for 9 nos.

根据实际环境温度选用润滑油（脂）
，相应增加添加剂。

The lubricating oil (grease) shall be selected according to the actual

ambient temperature, and additives shall be added accordingly.
