    to Explain given to you on November 16, 2020 in reference to the memorandum
    HRD-2020-11-NTE109.
    In this regard, we would like to invite you to a clarificatory meeting on December
    2, 2020 (Wednesday ), 2:00 in the Afternoon at Mini Conference located at. This
    exercise is part of our due process to give you maximum opportunity to explain
    your side.
