EXPLANATION:
Level of Financial Literacy of Micro-Business Owners in the Municipality of Ragay, Camarines Sur, Philippines – this research was created by Avila
and Gonzalvo from PUP in which they have decided to conduct research at Camarines Sur about the level of Financial Literacy of Micro-Business owners. In
order to find the result, they have decided to use purposive sampling in disseminating their survey questionnaires to their target respondents. After the
researchers collected the data they tallied and tabulated the results using the frequency count and percentage which they first applied to identify the
demographics of the responders. They then used the weighted mean to estimate the respondents’ degree of financial literacy. And lastly, they use the
Pearson correlation to see whether there is a significant association between the respondents’ demographics and their degree of financial literacy. The
overall result of this study shows that Microbusiness entrepreneurs are unfamiliar with fundamental financial concepts. Hence the microbusiness owners have
an average level of financial literacy.
Measuring entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention of ABM grade XII, Senior High School Students of Divine Word Colleges in
Region I, Philippines – in this study, the researchers decided to measure the entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial intention of ABM grade 11 SHS in
DWC region I. The researchers gathered data through a survey questionnaire which they will describe, analyze, interpret, and statistically compute. They used
weighted mean and Pearson r to measure the collected data from their respondents. Their interpretation was divided into 3 categories from statistical range,
Descriptive interpretation, and Overall descriptive Rating. The overall findings in this research were there is a correlation between entrepreneurial attitude and
entrepreneurial intention.
Starting a Small Business amidst COVID-19: The Entrepreneurial Journey of Entrepreneurship Students in Nueva Ecija, Philippines – the
researchers in this study decided to examine the level of preparedness of young entrepreneurs who have started a small business during the pandemic. These
researchers decided to use a questionnaire as their primary source as well as an interview. The questionnaire was created in Google Forms and distributed
through email to participants. The interview was performed remotely using video conferencing software. The respondent’s answers to the questionnaire were
analyzed by using weighted mean, frequency, and percentage while the recorded interview with other respondents was recorded, transcribed, and evaluated
by the researchers. The overall results show that the young entrepreneurs who have started a small business during the pandemic are prepared and
knowledgeable hence the success of launching the ongoing business up to the present.
