I. RATIONALE:
Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 015.S. 2023, Datu Mamundas Mamalumpong Integrated
School shall conduct a Midyear Review and Evaluation (MPRE) for SY 2022-2023.

This activity aims to evaluate school’s progress in the implementation of programs, projects and
activities.

It also aims to review the performance of teachers and school personnel and identify areas need for
development through a designed program of activity. This is to further support and continuously
improve professional and personal development of teachers and school personnel.

Furthermore, this activity aims to identify and address issues relevant to learners and teachers through
cooperative effort.

This activity needs to be conducted to evaluate the progress in the implementation of program,

Through this activity, teachers and school personnel shall continually develop, enhance and improve
their competency to better serve the learners. Thus, this supports the professional and personal
development of teachers and school personnel

A.6. Objective:
Terminal Objective
To conduct Mid-year Performance Review and Evaluation for School Year 2022-2023 that
shall evaluate and identify program implementation progress, review teachers and school
personnel performance, and address issues concerning teaching and learning process.

Enabling Objective- this activity aims to:


-evaluate the progress in the implementation of program, projects and activities of the
school
- review teachers’ and school personnels’ performance
- identify the least learned competencies in all subject areas and:
-address issues concerning learners and teachers

At the end of the activity, teachers and school personnel expected to accomplish the following:
