    Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ !

    The group of treasurer and secretary from the different Gagmay’ng Kristohanong Katilingban (GKK)
    of Birhen sa Kasilak (BSK) Parish , Madaum, Tagum City will be having their Capacity /Team Building
    Activities on March 28, 2020 at Lapyahan, Mabini, Davao de Oro.

    Anent, may we request from your good office a vehicle that would be used to transport the one
    hundred (100) more or less participants in going to the said place. The assembly time was agreed
    during the meeting is 7:00 O’clock in the morning of the said date and the assembly area would be
    at BSK Parish ground.

    Towards this end that we are touching your benevolent heart for consideration to this request. We
    pray for you and your family, and more power from your excellent governance.

    Tinahod kong mga kaubanang GKK Secretary and Treasurer,

    As agreed during the conduct of our regular meeting last February 22, 2020 held at BSK Parish nga
    wala kitay ipahigayon nga meeting para sa bulan nga Marso 2020, instead ipahigayon nato ang team
    building activity didto sa Lapyahan, Pindasan ,Mabini, Davao de Oro. Apan ,gihangyo kamo sa
    pagremit sa inyong Balik Gasa collection sa bulan sa Marso didto sa atong Parokya. Ang maong plano
    gi-approbahan sa atong mahal nga Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Edwin B. Casa.

    Gi-approbahan usab ang atong request nga sakyanan gikan sa Local Government Unit sa City of
    Tagum. Adunay 2 ka sakyanan nga ipagamit kanato. Busa gihangyo nako ang tanang Secretary and
    Treasurer nga apil sa Balik Gasa Program sa atong Parokya sa pag-apil og pag-uban karong Marso
    28,2020, Sabado. Assembly time : 7:00 AM, Assembly Area : BSK Parish Ground, Kada GKK
    magdala’g sud-an nga makashare sa tanan, and bring your own rice ,snacks/kakanin. Entrance
    fees and DENR fees is personal.

    Manghinaut ako sa inyong full support and cooperasyon. Magsadya muna kita.Please disseminate sa
    atong mga kaubanan.
