You are required to keep ready the following documents at the time of GE & PI process:
1. A printout of the GE-PI Call letter..
2. Any one photo identification proof - Driving License, Voters ID, Passport, PAN Card, Aadhar Card. In absence of an ID proof the candidate will NOT be allowed to attend the PI process. Also keep 2 photocopies of the ID proof along with the original.
3. Category supporting documents (if applicable): Caste Certificate for SC & ST, Kashmiri Migrant Certificates & Differently Abled Certificate as applicable. Carry the original certificate for verification and one self-attested photocopy for submission. For Nagpur Quota, domicile certificate and Graduation marksheet / passing certificate from any Nagpur University Institute / College is mandatory.
4. If working, or have previously worked - Joining Letter, Relieving Letter (If applicable) and the pay slip of the last 3 months. Carry the original documents for verification and two self-attested photocopy for submission.
5. Graduation Certificate and all semester mark-sheets, original and 2 self-attested photocopies each. (If appeared/appearing for final year examinations, then original and 2 self-attested photocopies of Semester/Year wise Mark-sheets).
6. Mark Sheet for Class 12th, original and 2 self-attested photocopies.
7. Mark Sheet for Class 10th, original and 2 self-attested photocopies.
8. Any other certificates pertaining to achievements/awards.
9. All efforts will be made to ensure that the process gets completed within the stipulated time but we request you to plan your schedules with an appropriate buffer.
General Instructions
You will not be allowed to appear for GE-PI process if you fail to provide the Category Supporting Proof (if applicable). Change of groups and categories will not be entertained under any circumstances
