ASSIGNMENT 1 Define the fundamentals knowledge in preparing
(CLO 1) business research

ASSIGNMENT 1:
Group assignment (maximum four (4) persons)
For the assignment, you are required to write a report of a maximum of four (4) pages in length.
(Use font Times New Roman size 12 with 1.5 paragraph spacing, Margin: 1” top, bottom, left and
right)

1. Find ONE (1) academic article (journal) in the area of management or business-related field
(not more than 12 pages, excluding references).

2. Examine and summarise the article based on the following:


i. What is the title of the research?
ii. Discuss the issue or problem that the researcher wants to investigate.
iii. Identify the type of research done by the researcher.
iv. Discuss the steps taken by the researcher in the research process.

3. Does the research extend your understanding of the research issue(s)? Explain your
answer with examples and recommendations.
