Implementation Plan

1.      Management Plan

Nikon is a well known company for its advanced cameras that provide its
customers with advanced and film cameras, optics, magnifying lens, ophthalmic
focal points and other imaging items like Nikon's submerged film cameras. The
company must ensure its customers, employees and shareholders that they can
provide quality products as well as continue to work in improving their products
to meet the needs of people everywhere.

2.      Human Resources

Nikon is focused on meeting the needs of people everywhere through their


advanced products. The company should invest in hiring people that have
expertise on innovation that can envision what more Nikon can develop and
improve from their products. Researchers, innovators and technology experts
should be able to help the company to improve their quality products. By doing
so, the company will surely reach a wider market that could attract more people
benefiting the company.

3.      Sales and Marketing

Nikon’s sales and marketing team should create a strategic plan that could
improve its sales. Their strategic plan must include collaborations with other
companies that could benefit both ends. The collaboration must also ensure to
feature the best attributes of Nikon’s products. Aside from collaborations, the
company should be also doing partnerships with universities and other technology
related companies that aim for innovation and sustainability as well.

4.      Production and operation

Nikon’s production ensures that every product manufactured has achieved the
‘Nikon Quality’ regardless of its location worldwide. Thus, Nikon must ensure
that its facilities anywhere in the world should be maintained to provide an
extremely high-quality product anywhere in the world. The production and
operation should be enhanced efficiently to be able to meet the people’s needs and
as well as strengthen the overall system of the company.

5.      Finance and accounting

Nikon should not only mass produce its digital camera in Japan but also in all of
their factories this is to improve their cost regardless of their location.
Nonetheless, by doing so, the company should still achieve the “Nikon quality''
regardless of the production location. Hence, this could improve the company’s
sales and profit and could be one of their financial highlights by the end of the
year once implemented.
6.      Research development

Nikon aims to produce sustainable products that could provide people with their
needs everywhere through their technology. The company should invest on
researchers and researches that focuses on their other products’ technological
advancements

Nikon management is still focused on meeting the needs of people


everywhere as always. Nonetheless, with consistent changes everywhere the
company still has the ability to develop new product lines and invest on
developments to maintain and enhance their competitiveness.

Nikon should be able to monitor every employee in and out the company.
Aside from their technology, their human resources are an asset for the company
since they’re the one helping in achieving the ‘Nikon quality’ products they
provide worldwide. Nonetheless, their employees regardless of their role or
position should be monitored on their work.

3. Sales and Marketing

Nikon should have an eye on its sales which is a crucial thing to a


company. To monitor and control this department, the company must be able to
watch every step and thoroughly think about every significant decision of the
company. The company will work with its existing customers and expand its
service business, in accordance with the business strategy that prioritizes
profitability (Nikon, n.d)

Nikon’s production ensures that every product manufactured has achieved


the ‘Nikon Quality’ regardless of its location worldwide but still sustainable. The
company aims to produce sustainable products for the benefit of everyone. 

5. Finance and accounting

Nikon should not only mass produce its digital camera in Japan but also in
all of their factories this is to improve their cost regardless of their location. The
expansion of mass production anywhere in the world is also a way to decrease the
cost of delivery which can save the company’s money and increase the sales. The
company should invest in product development, regardless of the fluctuation in
the Group's profit (Nikon, n.d.)
6. Research development

Nikon companies should know the risks of changes in technology. Thus, it


should be able to visualize all of the risks and minimize them. The company could
explore new areas for the company to improve the competitiveness of the
business. According to Nikon (n.d), a research and development plan to realize
this strategy, and also working to visualize and optimize the technology of the
Group
