    GUARANTEE LETTER

    GUEST DETAILS:

    NAME OF GUEST/s PASSPORT NUMBER RELATIONSHIP VISA TYPE CONTACT NUMBER

    I,___________________________________________, as guarantor for ____________________________, would like to


    apply visa on behalf of the passenger(s) and agreed on the Terms and Conditions:

    a. Visa Package is NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases (Approved, Rejected, or Documents required).


    b. Visa Approval is up to immigration solely. Arabian Flower Tourism LLC will apply tourist visa in the guidance of
    DTCM Rules. In case of any rejection, delays or cancellation due to any reason, we will not be responsible of
    Application Charge. If flight is booked already and visa approval is delayed by immigration then Arabian Flower
    Tourism LLC will not be liable for flight/visa cancellation.
    c. The guarantor ensures that the above-named person(s) to exit or renew visa from the country in the date which
    mentioned as an expiry date of his/her visa and guarantor shall take all responsibility in case of overstay and/or
    deportation of the passenger. Guarantor must pay all expenses for that above named person(s’) round trip
    ticket charges and immigration absconding fees (AED 3500).
    d. After the issuance of visa from Arabian Flower Tourism LLC and there’s any cancellation request by guarantor, I
    should submit an application requesting for cancellation of issued visa. Cancellation fee of AED 150 will apply.
    e. If any crime takes place during the visit of the guest, as he/she was stealing or disobeying the law of UAE, it will
    be dealt by the UAE Police Department and UAE Immigration Department; hence, Arabian Flower Tourism LLC
    has no any legal liability. In case they are imprisoned and if the immigration system shows the guest has
    overstayed, the guarantor shall be solely-responsible for the penalties and liabilities. Arabian Flower Tourism LLC
    has full authority to take action against the guarantor.
    f. Arabian Flower Tourism LLC serves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice.

    In this connection, I undertake the responsibility of the above passenger/s if they overstay or misuse the visa facility
    provided by the UAE IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT. I am liable to pay any type of penalty imposed by the
    Immigration Department related to my passenger whose visa is issued under your sponsorship.

    I declared that all information stated are correct and above conditions were fully understood. So, I hereby sign this letter
    as guarantee for Arabian Flower Tourism LLC.
