(5) GOALS/OBJECTIVES: The main purpose of this project is to provide the students
with complete laboratory tools and equipment for Bread and Pastry Production for
their practical activities. Specifically, this aims to:
1. Develop the skills of the students in Bread and Pastry Production through practical
application of their knowledge in the subject.
2. Encourage more students to enroll in Tierra Nevada National High School
especially those who are looking for employable skills.

(7) OVERVIEW/RATIONALE:

One of the goals of education is to let the students experience active, hands-
on activities for practical expertise to attain quality learning. With this, the Tierra
Nevada National High School offers Bread and Pastry Production subject to Junior
High School students from grade 9 to 10 (specialization) and Senior High School
students as their elective subject. However, one of the problems of the school is the
lack of tools and equipment to be used during the practical activities of the students.
We believe that students learn most by actually performing the task. In addition, life-
long learning will take place when the students can manipulate tools and equipment
needed for their practical activities.
The school would like to ask for assistance from the Office of the Municipal
Mayor of Tinambac to purchase the identified tools/equipment for the laboratory room
of bread and pastry production of Tierra Nevada National High School.

(5) GOALS/OBJECTIVES: The main purpose of this project is to provide a make-shift


room that will serve as faculty room for the teachers. Specifically, it aims to:
1. Prepare the classrooms for the full implementation of face-to-face classes.
2. Provide a room for the teachers to stay in during their vacant periods.

(7) OVERVIEW/RATIONALE:

With the full implementation of face-to-face classes set this coming November,
classrooms are expected to be filled with the usual number of students. Because of
this, teachers are expected to give their space inside the room to accommodate the
large number of students. Since the school do not have a vacant space that can serve
as a faculty room, a make-shift room is the best option.
This room will serve as area for the teachers during their vacant period wherein
they can perform others tasks such as checking the students’ output and preparing
instructional materials.
