Yoongi’s Food Truck
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this business plan is to secure 70,000php in order to
fund the purchase of necessary equipment such as eating and cooking,
utensils, marketing signage, first buying truck and the installation of
lighting electrical wirings and staffing requirements for YOONG’S FOOD
TRUCK in Purok 5 Buda Marilog Davao City. The funds invested will help
promote the business and continue operation until the business is self-
sustainable.

Our Mission
 To provide quality, affordable and clean food stall in our barangay
in a convenient and reasonable way in order to enhance the
quality of our customer’ lives.

Our Vision
 To increase the trust, contentment and satisfaction of our
customers and community when it comes to food stall

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Rhaudz Andig, Rhency Andig and Reziel Charies Andig is have a great
opportunity to create a business within the community, once the
location is highly marketable and it could also provide a good source of
income for the family. Together, with the motivation of creating a self-
sustaining business they are motivated and positively looking forward
for the success of thew said business and foreseeing a franchised

branches in the years to come to provide excellent service and
detectable food throughout the city as well as the province of Davao.

Rhaudz Andig is the co-founder and the manager of Yoongi’s Food
Truck.
Rhaudz graduated in Secondary Level at Buda National High School and
now is Senior High School at Buda National High Schol.

Rhency Andig, Co-Founder and Owner


Rhency Andig is the co-founder and the cook at Yoongi’s Food Truck
Rhency graduated in Technical-Vocational-Livelihood strand (TVL) in
Senior High School at Del Monte National High School and now is 2nd
year College in Bachelor of Science in Education Major in Physical
Education at CFCST

Reziel Charies Andig, Co-Founder and Owner


Reziel Charies Andig is the co-founder and chief financial at Yoongi’s
Food Truck
Reziel Charies graduated in Science, Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics (STEAM) in Senior High School at Holy Cross of Agdao and
now 1st year Collage in Bachelor of Science in Criminology at CFCST

Required Funds
The start-up capital obtained through savings will be used for
equipment, kitchen supplies, food purchased, and associated permits
and licensing.
Equipment will amount to approximately 20,000 and remaining cost are
estimated to be around 70,000 php.

and markets with in Davao City area. We will ensure that the
ingredients we use are the highest quality in order to provide
delectable food offerings.
We plan to establish and foster positive working relationship with local
vendors that we partner with in the area to help ensure our investory
needs are met in a cost-efficient manner.

Market and Industry Overview
Food stall have been prevalent in th efood industry ever since, with
increasing popularity as time goeson. There a lot of food stall
nationwide, and that number is expected to increase after covid-19
pandemic.
Our market research has reveal to us that consumers in Brg. Buda want
more affortable food opions, large portion sizes, and wider variety of
food offerings at a business hours, will help set us apart from the
competition.
Target market
Our target buyers lived, walked through and work along the street of
Brg. Buda and sorrounding areas within a 0.5-km radius. Our food truck
is located along with the main street and visible to passing people,
tricycle drivers and students. We anticipate that 10 to 50 years old
patrons will make up 85% of our revenue.

Marketing Strategy
Our marketing strategy is to create cheap and affordable buy one take
one pizza and burgers and also, we have barkada and family bundle.
We would also like to attract many customers by giving photo cards of
KPOP lots of teenager love KPOP so much
so, we come up this idea one order one photo cards.
YOONGI’S FOOD TRUCK also plans to reach new ang existing customers
through social media and flyers. Our prices will be lower compare to
our competitors, and we will also provide portion while maintaining
profitability. Furthermore, we can keep our prices lower due to
sourcing ingredients from our known and trusted suppliers.
Positioning
For workers and sewers who are employed near the vicinity, YOONGI’S
FOOD TRUCK is the customer’s first choice. At YOONG’S FOOD TRUCK,
customers can purchase a meal that is sourced from high quality
ingredients and is served in a large portion at a low price. On snack
break with colleagues, YOONGI’S FOOD TRUCK will appeal to the
workers with limited time to eat who desire a wider range of food
option in one stop.
Promotion
We are planning to hand out and hang up flyers in high traffic areas
during the first few months of operation. We also plan to utilize
different social media platforms like creating a Facebook page,
Instagram and enrolling it the market social media site and provide free
delivery service for orders with in area for people who are busy and
have less time to spare.

Personnel Plan
At this time, the personal plan calls for a minimum of one cook
and one assistant who will greet customers and take orders.
Currently, Rhency will operate as the cook, while Reziel Charies
takes orders payment, and assist Rhency where needed. While
Rhaudz will serve as the manager.
In the 2023, assumptions are that there will only be three
workers in the truck to execute and manage operations. As
demand increase, we will hire an additional assistant to support
Rhency.
