based Vendor Management System (VMS) to manage contingent workforce and services
procurement programs. Customers leverage Simplify Workforce to gain visibility into their
external/non-employee workforce, including contingent labour, Statement of Work (SOW) and
independent contractors, all while optimizing client spend, candidate quality, compliance
procedures and talent supply efficiency. At Simplify Workforce we are developing AI/ML based
deep tech solutions that can be consumed by Enterprises as customizable SaaS offering. Simplify

Locations: Simplify is headquartered in NJ, United States. Our India offices are in Noida,
Hyderabad & Kolkata. We also have employees working from other remote locations in India.

Required Qualification and Professional Expertise:

• Minimum 3-8 year’s experience building complex enterprise applications/SAAS


products.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using LAMP stack.
• Extensive experience in designing applications using Laravel /Yii MVC frameworks.
• Proficient understanding of web mark-up, DOM including HTML5, CSS3, RWD using
Bootstrap, Material Design, Media queries
• A solid understanding of OO and MVC design principles, RESTful APIs, caching concepts,
the HTTP protocol and general web architecture.
• Excellent understanding of MVC pattern, and other object-oriented concepts
• Good experience on writing SQL queries on MySQL complex queries and performance
tuning for high volume transactions.
• Good experience creating MySQL stored procedures for server-side data processing.
• Excellent understanding of website authentication, security and best practices
• Experience in developing test driven services and integrate automated testing using
SoapUI or JMeter.
• Good experience and understanding working with source version control on BitBucket
or Github.

Plus Points:

• Contributor on Open Source, GitHub or Stack Overflow


• Experience in working and delivering product using agile development methodology
• Experience with AWS services including EC2 / ELB, RDS, S3 + Cloudfront & CodeDeploy
• Experience with Java script technologies like Angular or ReactJS.
• Experience working on Web Charting framework (AnyChart/D3JS/HighCharts)
