POSITIVE FEEDBACK:
 A teacher with a very sweet and kind personality, thus her pupils love her so
much because she is approachable.
 She has an amazing way of breaking things down so that they are
understandable, and always keeping it light and fun. She organizes her
lesson very well.
 She is very patient — which anyone that takes a language needs – and it’s
very comfortable to practice conversations, which is also a huge plus.
Taking into consideration her very sweet voice.

AREA(S) THAT NEED(S) IMPROVEMENT:

 Her diction is quite uncomfortable perhaps it is because of her mother


tongue.
 She lacks sense of humor which is needed as a teacher to always make your
class lively.
 She needs more energy in teaching.
 Always be punctual necessary documents.

 She is very patient to her pupils and the dedication in her is very evident.
 Her manner of teaching is so wonderful and refreshing. She’s supportive, but
really knows how to motivate her pupils.
 She’s great at building confidence and keeping lessons fun and engaging
through a variety of activities that improve conversation, writing, and
reading skills.
 She knows how to manage her time properly and always make sure that all
documents are set in advance.

 She should learn how to modulate her voice in class.
 Her voice is always at high pitch.

 She’s very detailed and passionate about teaching. You won’t be


disappointed. She’s extremely organized and very responsive.
 She offers many additional tools to help with the process and she definitely
goes out of her way to ensure her pupils are getting what they need.
 Her decision in class will always prevail. She is very strict and consistent in
class.
 She is always punctual in doing things.

AREA(S) THAT NEED(S) IMPROVEMENT:


 She seems to be always mad because of her strictness. Making her pupils
afraid of her most of the time.
 Her diction is somehow uncomfortable in some cases, just like her co-
teacher, perhaps it is because of her mother tongue.
