    Sub:- Notice For Remaining Fees towards our Legal Services.
    Dear Sir/Madam,
    1. This is to inform you that, in the month of February 2019, you
    approached to us for Legal services in civil matter regarding your
    Ancestral property situated at Goregaon West Mumbai. We had
    consulted you for more than six months on your promise to pay our
    consulting charges soon. After getting satisfied by our consultation
    and Advice, you decided to file civil suit in Civil Court. We told you
    that we will charge Rs. 1,50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand only)
    towards our fees of Legal services including Consulting, Issuance of
    Legal Notices to the Defendants, Filling Civil Suit in the Appropriate
    court and Pleading . You agreed to pay and requested us to proceed
    further and also requested us that you will pay our legal service charge
    in two parts as you agreed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh
    only) till the filling of the partition suit in City Civil Court at Dindoshi
    Mumbai and remaining Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only)
    after getting injunction orders.
    2. That on your words and promise, we believed you and issued Legal
    Notices to the Defendants. Thereafter we have filed the partition suit
    and also served copies of Plaint and Notice of Motion to the
    Defendants and also appeared in the City Civil Court at Dindoshi as
    your advocate on behalf of you.
    3. You have paid only Rupees 70,000/-( Rupees Seventy Thousand only)
    till filling the suit. And after the hearing on 30/01/2020, you
    approached to us and requested us that you are appointing other
    advocate in the same matter and therefore asked for our no objection
    for the same. At the same time we reminded you that you had agreed
    and promised to pay Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) till the
    filing of partition suit in the City Civil Court at Dindoshi and you had
    paid only Rs.70,000/-(Rupees Seventy Thousand only) and
    Rs.30,000/-( Rupees Thirty Thousand only) are remaining which you
    have to pay us. Then you promised us to pay remaining fees of
    Rs.30,000/-( Rupees Thirty Thousand only) within one month. On
    your words and promise we believed you and gave no objection for
    appointing another advocate.
    4. That six months are over after taking no objection from us but you
    have never paid our remaining fees. So we hereby requested you to
    pay our remaining fees of Rs. 30,000/-( Rupees Thirty Thousand
    only) toward our legal services within 15 days from receipt of this
    legal notice failing which we will initiate proceeding ,to take
    necessary action, for the recovery aforesaid legal and lawful claim
    against you, before appropriate court of law, entirely at your risk, cost,
    and consequence which please not well.
