Yhtt6 Scale Calibration Document

The YH-T6 technology provides high resolution weighing through a 1,000,000 count A/D converter sampling at 10 times per second. It can connect to a single 350Ω load cell using a 3V excitation voltage and operates from 85-265V power at 50-60Hz with an internal battery. Calibration is performed by connecting the load cell, powering on, and following a 7 step process to set divisions, decimal places, full capacity, zero point, and load calibration values.

YH-T6 Technology Introduction

1. Main parameters:
1. A/D conversion：∑-Δ，resolution is 1,000,000，10 times/second。Signal input range：-19mV ~ +19mV

2. Load cell excitation voltage：DC +3V，capable of connecting 1 load cell of 350Ω, 4-wire.

3. Power supply：AC 85V～265V；50Hz～60Hz, with built-in rechargeable battery 4V/4 AH.

4. Working temperature：0～40℃；humidity≤85％RH；storage temperature：－25℃~55℃.

3.Calibration & inspection
Correctly connecting weighing indicator with load cell, power on the indicator, it begins self-inspection. When finishes, it enters
weighing mode (first power-on, it’s better to pre-heat weighing indicator and load cell for 15~30 minutes, then begin to calibrate).
Turn the calibration head up, then it enters calibration mode, as per the steps listed below you can finish the calibration:

Select the division by pressing Setup of division：press the key again and again to choose the division among

Press to choose Setup of decimal point：Press again and again to choose the bit of decimal

（Note：If add the bit of decimal point 5，it can stop the indicator entering the saving power

Set full capacity by Setup of full capacity:
pressing , Pressing to make flash bit move to right side, and pressing

To make flash bit move to left side. The number on flash bit can be added by pressing ,
Press to confirm then input full capacity in this way, later press to enter to next step. I.e.: 3000

After it gets stable, press Setup of zero point：Make sure there is no load on the scale。When the stable light

entering load calibration.

4．Review inner code： Under weighing mode，press the two keys & together ，can enter or exist inner mode。（1d＝20 inner codes）
