    “A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO SECRETARY BENJAMIN ABALOS, JR.,


    DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (DILG) FOR
    FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF FIVE MILLION (PHP. 5,000,000.00)
    PESOS FOR THE FIFTY (50) UNIT OF SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
    OF IMPORTED AND HEAVY DUTY SOLAR LED LIGHTS IN BARANGAY
    CANAWAY, KITCHARAO, AGUSAN DEL NORTE.”

    WHEREAS, street lighting can provide safety benefits at midblock and intersection location and
    can also improve safety to pedestrians, this treatment has been shown to reduce the number of
    pedestrian crashes and improve lighting, can also help to discourage street crime;

    WHEREAS, it can be used to promote security to increase the quality of life by artificially
    extending the hours in which it is light so that the activity can take place and improves safety for
    drivers, riders and pedestrians;

    WHEREAS, the installation of imported and heavy duty Solar led lights will be composed of
    Imported Lamps Pole and accessories – Lamp Pole (single arm) 8 meters height – Anchor cage
    (2 x 7 x 2 x 7 x 800mm M 22 mm) - Solar Panel (90w, 18V 670 x 840 x 3530mm) - Led (60w,
    20000 Lm) – Lithium Battery (50AH, 12.8V) – Controller (12v/24v 60w 15A);

    WHEREAS, it helps to prevent from accidents and increase safety which provides economics
    and social benefits to the constituents.

    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to make a humble request to allot funds needed for this
    project.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, let copies of this resolution be furnished to all offices concerned for
    their information, appropriate action.

    “A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL OF BARANGAY


    CANAWAY TO ENDORSE THIS RESOLUTION TO THE HONORABLE MA.
    ANGELICA ROSEDELL M. AMANTE GOVERNOR PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL
    NORTE FOR FAVORABLE AND APPROPRIATE ACTION.”
    WHEREAS, the Tribal Council of Barangay Canaway create a Resolution No. 01 Series of 2022
    “A Resolution Requesting the Barangay Council of Barangay Canaway to Endorse to the
    Honorable Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante Governor Province of Agusan del Norte for
    favorable and appropriate action”;

    WHEREAS, the water reservoir of Tribal Community was located at the San Isidro mountains
    and was damaged due to strong floods during rainy seasons and storm;

    WHEREAS, the Tribal Council of Barangay Canaway request for 15 bags of cement, 600
    meteres Hose number 2, 20 pcs. steel bar 9mm, 3 kilo of tie wire and 4 pcs. of plywood for water
    reservoir repair;

    NOW THEREFORE RESOLVED, upon motion of Barangay IPMR Oscar A. Anlagan and
    duly seconded by all Sangguniang Barangay members present, it was.

    FURTHER RESOLVED, to let copy of this resolution be furnished to the to the other
    concerned for favorable and appropriate action.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED, this 18th day of August, 2022 at Barangay Session Hall,
    Barangay Canaway, Kitcharao, Agusan del Norte.
